Her passion for nutrition began as a sophomore in college, setting the foundation for a nutrition-focused, fitness-oriented lifestyle. She received a Bachelor of Science in dietetics and nutrition in December 2012 from Florida International University, where she completed a dietetic internship. Her internship allowed her to gain experience in all fields of nutrition including clinical nutrition, long-term care nutrition, eating disorders, dialysis, and food service management.
After graduation, Natali worked as a clinical dietitian for Holy Cross Hospital in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She continued to help people improve quality of life through education of proper nutrition and lifestyle choices. Natali is happy to be a nutrition advisor for PreviMedica to counsel participants all over the country and share her knowledge and expertise to promote optimal health.
In addition, Natali is certified as a clinical nutritionist, through the Clinical Nutrition Certification Board (CNCB).
As a nutritionist, Natali wants to motivate and encourage people to be healthy and active. Her goals are to educate, advise, and motivate the public about good nutrition and create suitable dietary strategies for different groups of people. Her approach is to use food as medicine and heal the body from the root cause.
Apart from her interest in nutrition, Natali enjoys exercising, cooking, meditating, and reading.
Disclaimer: It is important to note that food sensitivity testing is distinct from food allergy testing. While both tests share the objective of identifying potential food reactions, they vary in their diagnostic methodology and the types of reactions they detect. Food allergy testing commonly focuses on immediate, life-threatening reactions to foods, while food sensitivity testing aims to detect delayed responses that can be less severe but still affect one's health. Therefore, we strongly advise consulting with a qualified healthcare professional to determine which testing approach is most suitable for your particular situation.
