About the PreviStrength Bundle
Chronic inflammation can drain your energy and slow you down, lengthening your recovery and run times. Reducing chronic inflammation by minimizing consumption of inflammatory foods and maintaining proper nutrition can result in noticeable improvements in physical performance, including increased energy, less fatigue, and faster recovery times.
The PreviStrength bundle focuses on improving and optimizing physical performance. We include our functional nutrition testing, a PreviMedica nutrition membership, customized meal planning tools, and monthly education and support group sessions.
Test Panels Included
The Alcat Food Sensitivity Test evaluates your body’s innate immune system response to substances such as foods, additives, colorings, and chemicals. The Alcat test panels in PreviStrength include 250 of the most commonly eaten foods and 50 functional foods, such as wheatgrass and chondroitin.
Our Cellular Nutrition Assay tests for insufficiencies in micronutrients, amino acids and other nutrients within immune cells; the overall antioxidant function of your immune cells; and identifies specific antioxidants that significantly improve your antioxidant capacity and protect the cells from oxidative damage. The CNA will measure levels of micronutrients, such as calcium, zinc, B vitamins; amino acids, such as lysine; and antioxidants, such as lycopene and vitamin C.

You will be notified via email when your specimen arrives at the laboratory with notification of when to expect your results. Results are available online within 6-10 business days after your sample is received in the laboratory. Once your results are ready, they will be uploaded to our secure portal and you will receive an email notification indicating your results are ready for you to view. Please follow the instructions to start your account on the PreviMedica portal.
